Jennifer Stancati has been working with Dr. Steece-Collier since 2001, first as a laboratory technician at Rush University in Chicago and University of Cincinnati, and since 2010 as laboratory director in the Department of Translational Neuroscience at Michigan State University. Ms. Stancati has expertise with stereotaxic rodent surgical procedures, rodent behavioral assessments, necropsy, tissue sectioning, immunohistochemistry, RNAScope® in situ hybridization, advanced microscopy (immunoelectron and confocal) and stereological and 3-D neuron reconstruction assessments.
