Biography

Dr. Hina Khan joined the Department of Translational Neuroscience as a Postdoctoral Fellow in March 2025. She received her B.S. from Bareilly College (Rohilkhand University), followed by a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University, Punjab. Dr. Khan completed her Ph.D. in Life Sciences at the CSIR–Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh. Her current research focuses on elucidating the role of complement activation in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. Outside the lab, she enjoys cooking, pottery, reading fiction, and listening to music.
