Kathy Steece-Collier has been invited to be the featured speaker at the 5^th Annual MSU Precision Health Symposium focused this year on Precision Therapeutics on September 22, 2023
Sierra Boyd was awarded the Duncan McCarthy Founders Award from the Michigan Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience for her project: Developmental exposure to the Parkinson’s disease-associated organochlorine pesticide dieldrin alters dopamine neurotransmission in the α-synuclein pre-formed fibril model. She presented her research at the annual meeting held in East Lansing on Friday, June 9, 2023.
Carlye Szarowicz was awarded the Montford F. Piercey Founders Award from the Michigan Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience for her project: Engaging the role of personalized medicine: impact of the rs6265 SNP in host and donor on dopamine neuron transplantation in Parkinson's Disease. She presented her research at the annual meeting held in East Lansing on Friday, June 9, 2023.
